Short- and Long-term Residential Care

Palliative care, residence outpatient treatment, hospital care and respite care. In addition to providing a patient’s usual caretaker some time off, respite care can give a patient time with supportive care to help them become independent. Inpatient is provided to patients with well-defined and stable care and support requiring a monitored setting for activation or rehabilitation prior to getting discharged back to the house, most frequently following an acute period of care. Living palliative care is given to clients who will need assistance with their comfort, dignity, and life quality in the end weeks or days of their lives. People who have complicated medical needs and are unable to longer be cared for within their own homes or in an assisted living residence are provided residence services in facilities that offer 24/7 professional assistance and supervision in a safe, nurturing environment.
